Parliamentary Service provide administrative and support services, and their vision is to have the best people supporting the best Parliament in the world. Such a vision! Parliamentary Service aim to provide excellent service to members of Parliament, the public, and parliamentary staff to support our thriving democracy. The Service is dedicated to making New Zealand’s Parliament a great place to work, and they require the best supporting systems to underpin the strategy to help it do this.
Their procurement process started with some early market engagement in late 2021 prior to the formulation of a tender that was released in July this year. Following the close of the tender for Parliamentary Service there was much work to decide on the vendor they would move forward with.

Core HR and Payroll is the priority for Parliamentary Service to have an accurate and single source of all information about their members of Parliament and supporting staff across their six pay entities. The second workstream will implement onboarding followed by offboarding, performance and remuneration management processes.
